Supervised visitation in North Miami — covering the northeast Dade corridor

North Miami anchors the Biscayne Boulevard corridor of northeast Miami-Dade — a dense stretch of family neighborhoods running from Miami Shores up through North Miami Beach toward Aventura. It's also one of the most culturally diverse parts of the county, home to one of the largest Haitian-American communities in the United States.

TruVisit Miami serves the whole corridor with neutral, professional supervision at public locations near the child's home. We don't charge mileage, we schedule seven days a week, and our reports meet the documentation standards the Miami-Dade family courts expect.

Northeast Dade areas we regularly serve

  • North Miami — from the Griffing Park area east to Keystone Point
  • North Miami Beach — immediately north and fully covered
  • Miami Shores and Biscayne Park to the south
  • Aventura and Sunny Isles Beach at the top of the corridor
  • Golden Glades and Miami Gardens to the west

Common North Miami meet-up locations

  • Griffing Park — central, shaded, and familiar to most North Miami families
  • Enchanted Forest Elaine Gordon Park — playgrounds and nature trails off NE 135th Street
  • The North Miami Public Library (indoor option)
  • Oleta River State Park area venues (weekends, weather permitting)
  • Family-friendly restaurants along the Biscayne Boulevard corridor

In the rainy season, every session gets a pre-confirmed indoor fallback so an afternoon storm never cancels a visit.

North Miami families and the Miami-Dade family courts

North Miami family cases are heard by the Family Division of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida in downtown Miami. Supervised time-sharing is ordered through the parenting plan under Chapter 61 of the Florida Statutes. Our session reports are objective, non-editorial, timestamped, and formatted for the court, your attorney, or a guardian ad litem. More background: the Miami-Dade family court process and Florida's supervised visitation standards.

Serving a multilingual community Northeast Dade families speak English, Spanish, and Haitian Creole at home. Tell us during intake what language your family is most comfortable in — we will match the supervisor to the case wherever possible. Written reports are always produced in professional English for court use.
