Our supervisors meet families at neutral, mutually convenient public locations — on the Beach, on the mainland, or at a midpoint that works for both households. We don't charge mileage and we don't charge travel time. The hourly rate you see is the hourly rate you pay.

Miami Beach family cases are heard by the Family Division of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida, across the bay in downtown Miami. Supervised time-sharing is typically ordered through the parenting plan under Chapter 61 of the Florida Statutes. Our reports are objective, timestamped, and formatted for direct use by the court, your attorney, or a guardian ad litem. Pricing

Same flat rate on the Beach as everywhere else in Miami-Dade: $100 one-time intake, $50/hour for sessions, $10 per session report (first two per month free). Two-hour minimum. No mileage — and no causeway surcharge, ever.
