Supervised visitation in Kendall — the family heart of south Miami-Dade
Kendall is where a huge share of Miami-Dade's families actually live — a broad stretch of unincorporated county running from Dadeland out past the Turnpike to West Kendall. It's also a long way from downtown Miami, which is where many supervised visitation providers are based. Providers who schedule from a downtown office tend to pass that distance on to Kendall families as mileage fees and limited availability.
TruVisit Miami doesn't work that way. Our supervisors meet Kendall families at public locations close to the child's home — not at our convenience. No mileage. No travel fees. Seven-day availability.

Kendall families and the Miami-Dade family courts
Kendall family law cases — including any case requiring supervised time-sharing — are heard by the Family Division of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida in downtown Miami. Our session reports are formatted to the standards the Family Division uses, written in objective, non-editorial language, and timestamped throughout the visit. They can be filed with the court, delivered to your attorney, or shared with a guardian ad litem. For background, see the Miami-Dade family court process and Florida's supervised visitation standards.
